Eligibility for Refunds:
• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
• We will first offer a re-clean of the areas of concern at no additional cost.
• If the issue remains unresolved after the re-clean, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
• Situations where the property is excessively cluttered or unsafe for our staff to perform the cleaning.
• Services not included in the agreed-upon cleaning package.

2. Provide photos or details of the issue.
3. Our team will review and determine whether a re-clean or refund applies.
